We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Working Student/Intern) to help our customers succeed with Scroll Viewport.
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the team, providing first-class support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer feedback helps shape our product’s future.
- Respond to incoming support tickets for Scroll Viewport, ensuring they are handled efficiently and in line with our SLAs and support standards.
- Independently arrange and conduct screen-sharing calls with customers when needed.
- Reproduce issues reported by customers and document/report bugs in Jira.
- Escalate complex or urgent tickets to product management or developers, ensuring clear and effective communication between all parties.
- Contribute to and improve user documentation based on insights from support cases.
- Accurately document customer requirements and feature requests in Jira Product Discovery.
- Stay up to date with the latest product releases and new functionalities to support customers effectively.
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (min. 2nd year) or master’s program.
- You have excellent written and spoken English (at least C1 level); German proficiency is a plus.
- You have a basic understanding of web development and cloud technologies.
- You are well-organized and able to manage tasks independently.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others.
