DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER

We are searching for a Digital Content Manager to charge up our digital content department in Germany.

Responsibilities include coordinating meaningful, actionable content for our website, email and social media campaigns, digital promotions, and other business materials as well as implementing a brand voice that resonates with our consumers. Position works in conjunction with technology teams to optimize targeting and segmentation, test and evaluate effectiveness, and manage the overall content calendar. A strong interest in the exciting media industry is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the digital content team and oversees content for a website, email, and social media.

  • Executes promotional campaigns aligned with specific business objectives.

  • Follows up compelling video content for use on social media channels.

  • Oversees written content for various digital materials.

  • Performs analysis on content effectiveness and adjust future efforts based on results.

  • Analysis the existing brand voice and ensures consistency across all materials.

  • Manages content calendar and release schedules.

  • Supports the other departments with various project work, research, and reporting

  • Leading the digital team in creating and updating materials.

  • Conducts ongoing competitive analyses to ensure the uniqueness and relevance of TRT World messaging.

 

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant corporate or agency digital marketing experience including creating & managing content.

  • Strong experience creating industry-relevant content in the media industry.

  • Solid portfolio demonstrating superior writing skills including emails, blogs, social media, and website content as well as hard-copy marketing materials.

  • Experience creating and executing successful promotional campaigns.

  • Expertise with content management systems.

  • Expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Premier (or other video editing software).

  • Deep social media experience including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

  • A solid understanding of marketing strategies and communication tactics.

  • Expertise with social media management and engagement tools.

  • Strong experience to understand and use metrics to track the performance of all campaigns.
