The Digital Operations Manager will play a key role in our Digital Transformation by driving the deployment agenda and roadmap of digital assets, the development of insights & ensuring quality of master data that deliver tangible value in terms of asset productivity in all countries of the CEE region.

Your responsibility:
You will work closely with BXBD, Supply Chain and Retail / Commercial teams (and others) to plan and execute digital deployments;
You will be the single point of contact for all digital track 1 related topics in CEE.
Takes ownership for the following tasks:
You will manage, prioritize and assure the hypotheses and requirements of each deployment, business cases, including budget, savings potential and resourcing plan;
Taking business cases through the required global Data / Digital and IT approval processes.
Through your teams:
You will ensure the quality of master data and geolocations through prioritizing locations to be geocoded and setting up daily, weekly and monthly targets for the team to work towards;
You will guide your team and the local project managers throughout the whole process of insight generation, digital data quality and communication with local stakeholders;
You will Prioritize actions for the Commercial & Retail teams to have the most tangible impact for the business and to unlock new value;
Measuring the value created through tracking benefits realization.

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study,
  • 6 years +experience in a digital, strategy or innovation role with focus on logistics or supply chain.
  • 3 years’ experience in project and / or program management as well as people leadership,
  • Experience in developing business cases, executing POCs, evaluating success and commercializing new solutions ,
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence & Master Data teams,
  • An interest in digital, and the desire to learn more and contribute to our digital future,
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills,
  • Strong understanding of business metrics,
  • Experience interpreting data and generating insights that can be easily understood,
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teams
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team,
  • Languages: fluent German and English are a must.
