We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d) to drive the digital transformation program at our global organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the strategic planning, execution, and implementation of digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, customer experience, and overall business performance. This role requires a deep understanding of project management skills and state-of-the-art project management tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive change management efforts
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Oversee the implementation of digital tools, initiatives, and systems to streamline operations, processes and improve productivity
  • Champion a culture of innovation and digital adoption by providing training, support, and resources to employees at all levels in close collaboration with HR and other business departments
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of transformation initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to measure the impact on key business metrics
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve the transformation roadmap

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and transformation efforts applying a systems thinking approach, preferably in a global setting
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously by leveraging in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art project management tools and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to engage and influence diverse teams across different geographies
  • Change management expertise with a focus on driving cultural and organizational change
  • Fluency in English is a requirement; good German language skills are desirable
