Director, Business Process Excellence (F / M /D)

  • Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions (FHCS) is looking for a visionary change agent to join our team as Director, Business Process Excellence.
    This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Business Process Management (BPM) landscape by enhancing efficiency, quality, and compliance across our global and diverse business functions.
  • Your Impact:
  • Strategic Development: Guide the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes management methods throughout various functions of FHCS, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational strategic goals.
  • Process Mapping: Lead collaboration with key stakeholders from the business functions to jointly define end-to-end processes, standards and guidelines that are aligned to the BPM methodology.
  • Process Excellence: Establish and govern the BPM structure, driving a culture of continuous improvement, simplification, and standardization that is lived throughout FHCS.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Champion BPM through forming roles throughout FHCS and by providing the necessary technical tools needed to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Implementation: Coordinate between the business and IT to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
  • Change Management: Steer the adoption of BPM tools and methodologies, empowering process experts and ensuring organizational readiness for change.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all business processes comply with Freudenberg’s internal guidelines and control systems.

  • Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology or Business; advanced degree preferred.
  • Change Management Expertise: In depth knowledge and experience in ERP processes and its execution ideally experience in managing change during process roll outs.
  • BPM Expertise: experience in successfully developing and managing BPM tools, processes, and integration.
  • Languages: Business Level English and German.
  • Strategic and Operational Acumen: Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
  • Process Improvement: Skilled in process improvement frameworks, including governance, standardization, and digitalization.
  • Communication: Ability to work cross-collaboratively with diverse stakeholders from various backgrounds.
