- You organise regional and international removals together with your colleagues
- You discuss upcoming and completed jobs with the removal teams
- You provide our customers with reliable support and find customised solutions, even in the event of a complaint
- You are responsible for fleet management and maintain an overview
- You coordinate the cooperation with external carriers and service providers
- You are responsible for purchasing materials
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent)
- You have professional experience in a similar role or already have industry knowledge
- You can handle the MS Office package with confidence and find it easy to work with IT applications
- You keep a cool head in stressful situations
- You are communicative, a team player, flexible and cost-conscious
