About the Role:

As the Manager, Customer & Distributor Success – GSA, you will lead initiatives that drive Distributor and Customer growth across a dynamic region. Acting as the bridge between field and corporate operations, you’ll build relationships, implement strategic solutions, and coach a high-performing team to success.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Engage with Distributors and Customers: Focus 75% on Distributors and 25% on Preferred Customers to build sustainable growth.
  • Strategize and Organize: Develop and implement impactful initiatives to solve challenges, promote Distributor and Customer Success, and grow business volume.
  • Collaborate: Act as the primary point of contact for Distributors, building trust and fostering alignment with corporate goals.
  • Be a Catalyst, Lead the Team: Coach and develop a team of Field Experts and Coordinators while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and Act: Use metrics and data to identify growth opportunities, implement promotional strategies, and monitor outcomes.
  • Field Leadership: Spend 2-3 days per week in the field, coaching, training, and accompanying team members and Distributors.

Our Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Diploma or degree with 7-10 years of experience in a multinational FMCG or B2B environment, including at least 4 years in a managerial role. Proven success in distributor management and business growth is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and strategic decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages like Turkish or Russian are a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Resilient, self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license (required for fieldwork).

Availability to work on weekends (8-10 weekends per year for events).
