We are looking for you to join our Project Support team in Gelsenkirchen!

  • Administration and optimization of the company-wide document management system (DMS), including the handling of relevant engineering applications (e.g. CAD & CAE)
  • Responsible for the (further) development, implementation and compliance of basic and project-specific document management processes and project management templates and their provision
  • Implementation of DMS training for project teams (internal/external)
  • Responsible for the quality of document storage as well as the definition and administration of authorization concepts in projects (access, folder sharing, etc.)
  • Coordination and monitoring of external document controllers and maintenance of the external partner network
  • Monitoring the creation and checking of as-built and supplier documentation for conformity with the contractually agreed conditions (metadata, completeness, compliance with deadlines, etc.)
  • Collaboration in the preparation of tender documents, taking into account applicable DMS requirements

  • Technical or economic university degree or comparable professional qualification with several years of experience in the project business, preferably in the energy sector
  • Relevant experience in dealing with commercially available document management systems (Autodesk Construction Cloud & Autodesk Vault, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Experience in working with various Autodesk CAD applications is an advantage (ACAD, Revit, Inventor, etc,)
  • Familiarity with typical project management standards (e.g. PMI, Prince2, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, communication and assertiveness skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment and communicate with a variety of stakeholders (from technical specialists to management)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
