Upway is hiring an Electric Vehicle Mechanic for their Berlin Refurbishment Centre. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Upway’s Berlin Refurbishment Centre.

The role involves inspecting and repairing e-bikes, collaborating with the team, and improving repair processes. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment. • Inspect and repair e-bikes using the latest diagnostic equipment and techniques • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow • Continuously improve our repair processes and contribute to a positive work environment

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in electric bike mechanics and be proficient in German and/or English. • Proven expertise in electric bike mechanics, with 1-2 years of experience required for this role • Passion for delivering exceptional results and working independently • Ability to stay up-to-date with new technologies and repair techniques • Good knowledge of German and/or English

This is a full-time position with no degree required.
