Electrical Commissioning Manager

They are heavily involved in the construction of data centres which they build as a complete package from enabling/civil works through structural build, M&E installation and commissioning to final client hando over. They are seeking to engage an Electrical Commissioning Manager for long-term Data Center project in Frankfurt, Ge Established in 2004, KCM is owned and managed by construction professionals who recruit solely in the construction sector both in Ireland and internationally. • Management and supervision of Electrical Cx Packageengineers. • Management of project Cx Programme including Milestone and deadlinemanagement. • Ensure familiarisation and compliance with contract documents and procedures. • Planning and management of Vendor FAT/ FWT with possible attendanceif necessary. • Management of CFCI and OFCI ve ndors CX Scope • Communication to all ElectricalCx Stakeholders • Attend and provide input to Daily/ Weekly Cx meetings, Internally, v endor and Client • Form, update and submission of Electrical Cx Progress and technical report s to line manager • Coordination and alignment with Project QAQC Dept to achievecommon objectives. • Coordination and alignment with Project AP Dept to achieve common objectives. • Manage, deliver and obtain approval on relevant project Electrical Cx documents such as Test Scripts, Compl iance statements etc • Manage the receipt, review and compliance of project CX documentation to achieve the necess ary CX level sig n off • Set work scope • Monitor and m anage delivery of scope • Communication of deadlines and

and Cx programme Milestones • Degree in Electrical Engineering or 5 year on the job exp erience managing in Cx Roles • Ability to maintain good Stakeholder relationships with other contra ctors whilst working on sites • Pro gramme and Deadline Mana Remuneration anagement • Working under pressure
