You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components while ensuring that all systems meet our high standards.
- Electrical Assembly: Independently assemble and install electrical components, including wiring, low-voltage cabling, and electrical enclosures. Ensure the proper integration of all electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis: Identify and document faults in electrical components, and work with engineers to resolve issues effectively.
- Testing & Calibration: Use electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation resistance testers, and leakage test equipment) to ensure proper functionality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Rework & Repair: Rework electrical components when necessary, using hand tools such as drills, grinders, and other specialized equipment to modify parts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., electrical wiring standards, CE marking, etc.).
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineers to provide feedback and insights during the design and testing phases, ensuring electrical systems function seamlessly within the overall project.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of work completed, including detailed reports on fault diagnoses, repairs, and testing results.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical systems who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving.
- Electrical Expertise: Completed vocational training as an electrician , electrical technician, or similar field with strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Hands-on Experience: Solid experience with electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, circuit troubleshooting, and using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, testers).
- Technical Reading: Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to guide assembly and troubleshooting.
- Independence & Reliability: Ability to work autonomously, managing your tasks and time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Safety: A strong commitment to electrical safety standards and protocols, especially when working with high-voltage systems.
- Communication Skills: Good teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken German and English .
- Driver’s License: A Class B driver’s license is a plus for occasional transportation tasks.
