As a constantly growing company, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated 1St Level Support employee (m/f/d).

We offer a permanent position in an exciting in the support you are the contact person for our customers for professional and technical questions about our software. You answer these questions in a friendly and competent manner and solve possible problems independently or prepare more complex requests.

• Advising our customers on questions regarding our software solutions
• You document and analyze the problem reports of our customers
• You organize and coordinate appointments for our customers
• You support in project management
• You take inquiries from customers and prepare them for further processing
• You take care of customer satisfaction
