Your profile:

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Experience in the Role: Significant experience in Salesforce engineering Management and a track record of success in scaling organizations.
  • Technical Proficiency: proven technical background in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.

Nice to have:

  • Conversational German skills
  • Experience in startups or other fast-paced environments
  • Previous experience working with SOA based systems.
