  • Hazardous materials management: Implement and im­prove a sys­tem for the safe handling of hazardous mate­rials
  • Risk assessments: Assist in creating and up­dating risk assess­ments
  • Consulting: Provide expert advice on hazar­dous goods and waste disposal
  • Environmental guidelines: Contribute to the develop­ment of global environ­mental standards
  • Project management: Lead projects with inter­disciplinary teams
  • Audits: Conduct regu­lar internal audits
  • Reporting: Analyze and report environ­mental KPIs

  • Degree in environmental science, sustainability or a related field, with pre­ferred specia­lization in environ­mental manage­ment, hazardous mate­rials, waste manage­ment or com­pliance, along with relevant professional experience in environmental auditing, consulting or sustainability reporting
  • Strong knowledge of environ­mental stan­dards and regulatory frame­works (e.g. ISO 14001, GHG Protocol, CSRD)
  • Robust project management skills, with proven ability to prio­ritize tasks, meet dead­lines, and lead cross-functional projects within collabo­rative environ­ments that emphasize both team­work and personal accounta­bility
  • Excellent communi­cation and inter­personal abilities, capable of effectively engaging and influen­cing stake­holders at all levels, parti­cularly regarding environ­mental com­pliance, waste, and hazardous materials manage­ment
  • Preferred experience wor­king in inter­national settings and a strong awareness of cultural sen­sitivities in implemen­ting environ­mental standards across global teams
  • Highly articulate with excel­lent written and verbal proficiency in English; German is a plus
