We are looking for someone full-time as soon as possible, – either completely remote or hybrid (at our location in Darmstadt) – for the position:

EU Project Lead (m/f/d) .

As an EU Project Lead (m/f/d), you will accompany our international customers in the introduction of our specialized software solutions for research compliance and laboratory animal management.

You will take over the management of implementation projects – from planning to successful completion – and ensure smooth communication and technical support.

• Management of international software implementation projects.
• Analysis of customer requirements and processes, training and support .
• Advice on regulatory requirements and corresponding software configuration.
• Definition of solutions, resource planning and project management while adhering to budget specifications.
• Support with technical support topics .
• Provision of relevant documentation for product management and configuration teams, creation of technical specifications .
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Active participation in product and process improvements.
• National and international travel (up to 15%).

*Completed training or university studies in the fields ofbiology, veterinary medicine, biomedical research, experimental animalhusbandry or a comparable qualification.

• Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance, ideally in the field of laboratory animal science.
• Experience in project management, ideally with PMI/PMP certification, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good written and spoken English and German, knowledge of French is an advantage.

Darmstadt (or remote/hybrid)

The position is initially limited to 2 years. Subsequently, an open-ended takeover is planned if the development is positive
