We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant (f/m/d) to support our CHRO, who is also a board member overseeing a global team. In this important role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage complex schedules, and ensure effective communication between the CHRO and various stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will support the CHRO with all organizational and administrative tasks:
- Manage daily operations, travel arrangements, and complex scheduling, as well as prepare for and follow up on meetings.
- Organize and efficiently manage the CHRO’s email inbox.
- Plan and organize business meetings, ensuring that all preparations and follow-ups are handled effectively.
- Collaborate with the CHRO to create decision papers and presentations.
- Serve as the point of contact for business partners and colleagues within BMG and Bertelsmann, playing a key role in maintaining effective communication.
- Work closely with our board assistants and act as a liaison for our people teams.
- Review and approve invoices as part of your responsibilities.
What You Bring
- A completed commercial training or relevant studies, along with experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and a strong affinity for numbers and complex relationships.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while keeping processes in mind.
- Excellent organizational skills that enable you to manage projects autonomously.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with a diverse range of personalities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A service-oriented, conscientious attitude, combined with a friendly yet self-assured demeanor.
