  • Supporting the Head of ZDP in defining the future strategy and its global implementation with our locations in Germany, China, India and Hungary
  • Supporting the professional setup of our global organization and our way of defining, building and operating digital and data solutions for all ZEISS businesses

  • Partnering with all ZDP unit leaders to support the development into a high performing team, to execute cross functional projects, and to create a consistent presence across initiatives

  • Providing a structured approach and oversight on operationalizing strategic initiatives in ZDP’s Agile Strategy Framework

  • Identifying obstacles for success in our collaboration and project / program execution as well as developing and presenting solutions to overcome them

  • Taking responsibility for cross functional projects and driving their success

  • Prepareing and in parts also moderating leadership meetings and supporting the preparation of Executive Board meetings

  • Supporting the Head of ZDP in preparation, debriefs andfollow ups of workshops and critical meetings

  • Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in a top tier Strategy Consulting company and in leading projects with minimal direction

  • Proven competencies in Digital/IT and Business Transformation

  • Ability to influence and affect change in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment

  • Strong drive for action and ability to navigate in a large and constantly evolving organization

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Business proficiency in German and English
