Executive Assistant – Managing Partner Liquids / Key Account Management

Job Information

– Assistance of the Managing Partner Liquids in all organizational and administrative tasks incl. handling of e-mails;
– Appointment and travel management for the Managing Partner Liquids and the teams Key Account Management (KAM),
Investment Structuring Liquids, Middle Office Liquids and News Based Trading;
– Preparation of meetings, setup of telephone and video conferences and taking minutes in English as well as
following-up on meetings and ensuring the implementation of discussed measures where applicable;
– Independent organization and execution of team events;
– Support of the KAM team in the coordination and conduction of customer meetings, including the dispatch of customer
communications etc.;
– Processing of expense reports.

Requirements

– Swiss commercial degree (or equivalent) with experience preferably in a similar role in Banking/Asset Management and
further training as management assistant is an advantage;
– Experience in an international environment is an asset;
– Quick learner with an interest in Operations, Asset Management and Communication;
– Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken;
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set clear priorities;
– High level of initiative, self-sufficient and accurate working style;
– Team player with strong interpersonal skills and high level of discretion.
