You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Support the VP Global Products and Solutions and the affiliated departments in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Organization and coordination of meetings, appointments, and business trips, including travel planning
  • Preparation and formatting of professional presentations, statistics, and reports in German and English
  • Communication with all relevant internal interfaces as well as external contacts
  • Contribution to project coordination and preparation of company-relevant metrics
  • Collaboration with and substitution of other assistants in the organization

What you will bring:

  • Education – Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience – At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Software – Proficient use of common IT systems (e.g., MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint), knowledge of SAP and Excel essential
  • Personality – Resourceful, confident and positive team player who demonstrates organizational proficiency, flexibility, and discretion
  • Language proficiency – Very good written and spoken German and English skills
