As a Production Associate (Fertigungsmitarbeiter:in), you’ll assemble high-precision DMX winches and lighting elements, ensuring top-notch quality and performance. You’ll operate tools and machines, perform quality checks, and keep our production running smoothly.

  • Assembly of mechanical components and sub-assemblies for KINETIC LIGHTS products
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure that all assembled parts meet quality standards
  • Operating production machines and tools to manufacture products
  • Regular maintenance and cleaning of the tools and machines used
  • Documentation of assembly and quality inspection work

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a production environment
  • Professional experience handling mechanical components and tools
  • Technical expertise in mechanics and production technology
  • Careful work and compliance with work instructions and safety regulations
  • Outstanding communication and exceptional team ethic
  • Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work standing up and carry out physically demanding tasks
  • Fluency in at least one of German and English, both preferred
