Join our innovating Process & Pipeline Services team
Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers’ asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency, and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.
Partner with the best
You will Participates in Phase 1 of the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program, learning how to run the product line’s tool(s) and/or services under supervision of more experienced field engineers/specialists and progresses to doing so independently. You will follow all company safety and security procedures and observes all company and government regulations. You will conduct all required responsibilities safely, as described in the company’s documentation and conduct all assigned business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes’ policies.
As a Field Engineer – PPS, you will be part of a team providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering subject
- Have full professional proficiency in English and preferably a second European language
- Travel and time away from home is a requirement, with work offshore, and possible international work, as needed, up to 50% of time spent working away from base location.
