Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
who performs installations, troubleshooting and repairs at our customers’ sites.

– It’s fun. – Independent execution of preventive & corrective maintenance at the customer’s site in the service area EMEA
– Installation & commissioning of probers and accessories, including final acceptance and release of complete products and assemblies according to test and acceptance regulations
– Preparation of commissioning protocols and acceptance reports
– Technical training and instruction of customers
– Troubleshooting and repair of our probers both as telephone support and at the customer’s site
– Implementation and monitoring of technical escalations
– Professional customer communication
– Responsible for timely processing, documentation, invoicing and control of work orders, customer orders and service calls according to FormFactor guidelines
– Actively collaborate with other FormFactor departments to ensure continuous improvement of products
– Regular participation in qualification measures
– Adherence to all health and safety requirements both internally and during customer service calls
– Engineer or technician in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or similar
– At least 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar field of activity is typically required
– Detail-oriented work and strong problem-solving skills
– Accuracy, punctuality, good team and interpersonal skills
– Good communication skills in German and English both verbally and in writing
– Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
