And we’re looking for a Finance Operations – Payables Agent to join our team and embark on this journey with us.
- Contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations.
- Verifying and processing invoices from suppliers worldwide, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the finance departments of suppliers and resolving payment-related queries.
- Assisting the Finance team with reconciling supplier payments and clarifying balances.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, such as the Back Office Team, to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Handling account clarifications and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Supporting additional projects, such as accounting assistance, financial clean-ups, and brainstorming for process optimization.
What will you need to be successful?
Here is the experience we are looking for:
- You successfully obtained a Bachelor degree in a related field.
- You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit.
- You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets. Ideally, you have worked with Salesforce or a similar tool before.
- You are fluent in English, German or French skills are a plus.
- You are an open-minded and flexible person who does not mind a good challenge.
- You have an eye for detail and a high standard for the quality of your work.
- You effectively prioritize various tasks without losing sight of deadlines.
- You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry.
- And last but not least, a love for travel!
