Description

In this position, you will work at the headquarters in Owen (Baden-Württemberg) in a team of two and report directly to the management. The job includes all accounting and payment transactions as well as the preparatory preparation of the annual financial statements.

  • Independent processing of the financial accounts of our companies
  • Accounts receivable and payable, general ledger and fixed asset accounting
  • Handling of payment transactions, processing of bank and cash accounts, processing of accruals, deferrals, travel expenses and account clarification
  • Preparation and execution of advance sales tax returns
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of our companies
  • Implementation of cost and activity accounting
  • Controlling, creation of evaluations and statistics
  • Participation in the preparation of financial and investment decisions

  • Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a balance sheet accountant (m/f/d) or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, tax law and annual financial statements
  • Knowledge of DATEV application programs (accounting, investment, cost and activity accounting)
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
