As a Founders’ Associate Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain a deep insight into the various facets of a startup and actively contribute to the development of our company. Our misson is to make frontline workplaces safer, help companies exceed their quality promises, and drive a new era of automation for frontline teams.

Tasks

  • Support for the founders: You will work closely with the founders, Lukas and Philip, and support them in day-to-day executive management, strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Research and analysis: You will help the founders with research and analysis, which will serve as the basis for strategic decision-making.
  • Project management: You will take responsibility for your own projects, from conception to implementation, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Operational tasks: You support the optimization and seamless running of internal processes.
  • Finance: You will support our experienced Finance Manager in daily financial processes, such as dunning, subscription management, invoicing, customer contact, preparatory accounting and successful cooperation with our accounting office.
  • Office Management: We work from a beautiful office in Berlin Mitte and you make sure that everyone feels comfortable in the office and that incoming letters are processed.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: You will take on short-term, important tasks that are crucial to the success of the company.

  • Studies: You are a registered student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program such as business administration, management, economics or a related field.
  • Work experience: You have already completed at least a 3-month internship or a 6-month working student job.
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical skills: You have strong analytical skills and can quickly grasp complex issues and present them in an understandable way.
  • Attention to detail: You are meticulous and have an eye for detail.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship: You have a strong interest in start-ups and entrepreneurship and want to learn from experienced founders.

  • Duration: You can support us as an intern for 3-6 months, ideally 6 months.
  • Place of work: You live in Berlin and are willing to come to our beautiful office in Berlin Mitte at least 3 days a week.
