As a HR Generalist (focus on Talent Acquisition) (f/m/d) at ToolTime, you will be owning talent acquisition for different teams (with the main focus on Product&Engineering) and you will be a backbone of People Operations by owning full cycle of personnel administration. Provisionally, this is how your week might look like:

  • 50% Talent Acquisition
  • 40% People Operations (i.e. On- & Offboarding, Learning & Development)
  • 10% People & Company initiatives

  • Talent Acquisition: You’ll be responsible for our end-to-end hiring process, ranging from Engineering to Product, Sales and Marketing roles with a focus on technical hiring.
  • Employee Life Cycle: After the Recruitment phase you’ll guide our employees from all the way through Onboarding, Retention, leveraging various initiatives such as Development & Learning, Company Events, to smooth Offboarding experiences.
  • Stakeholder: You’re not just a partner for our employees but also a partner in crime for team leads to provide guidance and support on People-related topics to foster clarity and enable informed decision-making.
  • People & Company Project: You are creative, understand our business, and most importantly, our culture and people. You know how to maintain high levels of motivation through various projects and initiatives.

  • First Experiences: You’ve already dipped your toes into the world of talent acquisition and/or People & Culture role in a fast paced environment and are now ready to drive initiatives like Recruiting, Employee Life Cycle, Employer Branding, and Operations. Experience in Engineering recruiting would be a great advantage.
  • Team Player: Not only are you a team player in cross-functional interactions, but you also enjoy working within your own team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Multitasking: You’re juggling a whole bunch of different people’s topics, employee issues, and deadlines like a pro. While we can count on your spot-on organizational skills and reliability.
  • Communication: You’re truly empathetic, keep information confidential, and have a feeling for “reading between the lines” to gather all the information you need.
  • Language: You’re fluent in both German and English.
