Global Head of Sales, Fuel Cell Components (F / M / D)

  • As the Global Head of Sales, Fuel Cell Components at Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM), you will lead the strategic direction and operational implementation of the sales division. Your role involves developing and executing global sales strategies to achieve corporate goals, managing a successful team, and building long-term relationships with key accounts. These tasks will be enabled through tactful negotiation skills, social and cultural intelligence, and a proactive, structured approach to drive sales growth.
  • Your Impact:
  • Drive Strategy: Leveraging the overarching global direction, develop and implement the strategic path for the sales and marketing division.
  • Build Relationships: Foster and grow relationships with leadership teams and key customers while managing the entire sales funnel to identify and expand new target customer relationships.
  • Drive Profitable Growth: Continuously enhance sales processes, including the sales cycle, pipeline management, and sales forecasting, while expanding key account management through collaborative planning, ultimately closing high-value deals to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Provide Leadership: Manage, expand, and develop a global, success-oriented sales team.

  • Education in Economic Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Professional and management experience in sales for fuel cells, electrolysis systems, or the automotive industry, with proven success in planning and managing key accounts.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency in German and English is required.
