Apply now for a life-changing career!     The position  As a Global Product Security Manager, your responsibility is to design and implement product investigation process, guidelines, and methodology, including counterfeiting, theft, and fraud of NN products.     You will be responsible to:   Conduct market surveys and controlled test purchases to identify brand protection risks, and perform risk assessments from various sources to determine whether investigations should be initiated  Manage counterfeit, diversion, and product theft investigations to identify and dismantle large-scale illegal activities  Coordinate complex investigations with Regional Security Advisors, the Legal team, and peers  Select, manage, and develop third-party investigation providers, ensuring they adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards    Identify and report on pharmacrime trends and best practices affecting Novo Nordisk products, and communicate global educational/awareness programs for internal and external stakeholders    This position is based in our headquarter in Bagsværd with international travels being involved.     Qualifications  To succeed in this role, you have the following qualifications:  Degree or diploma in Law, Security Management or law enforcement  5 to 10+ years of relevant experience/proven track record in law enforcement investigations, Corporate Security or equivalent    Criminal intelligence, Legal assistance, Private investigations, Law enforcement network  Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with various cultures     On a personal level, you have great team spirit, discretion, loyalty and critical thinking skills, with a solution-oriented approach, keeping high focus on ethics, compliance and Legal framework, while having excellent judgment flexibility and initiative-taking capabilities.    About the department  You will join a team of Global Security team Members and Security champions network that spread across geographies and whose mission is to protect Novo Nordisk’s people, assets and products and enable the company to deliver on its priority objectives through intelligence-led security risk management.    Working at Novo Nordisk  At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
