The MS Dynamics 365 Rollout Project Manager is responsible for driving and coordinating the global rollout of MS Dynamics 365 across all markets. This role ensures alignment across regional project managers, optimizes rollout processes, and oversees key project KPIs related to adoption, business impact, and overall execution. Working closely with regional teams, IT, and business stakeholders, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of MSD while maintaining strategic oversight and governance.

  • Develop and maintain a global rollout roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple markets.
  • Act as the central coordinator between regional teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, IT, and change management teams.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system adoption, business impact, and rollout success.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, highlighting risks, adoption trends, and business impact.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline and optimize rollout processes across markets.
  • Standardize templates, methodologies, and governance structures to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, or Change Management is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in large-scale CRM or ERP implementation projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience in global project management with multiple regional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business transformation, change management, and digital adoption strategies.
  • Experience in KPI reporting, business case development and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams
