As Global Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) for Monkey 47 Gin, you will manage the development of all key marketing programmes. You’ll play a leading role in driving the strategy of the brand by developing creative and break-through ideas across the key activation pillars.

Building brand equity in the right way with consumers is critical to achieve long-term sustainable growth ambitions to cement Monkey 47’s position in the ultra premium gin category worldwide.

Global Senior Brand Manager (m/f/d) Monkey 47

  • You build the equity of the Monkey 47 brand with compelling, creative marketing programmes that inspire markets to invest and win the hearts and minds of consumers
  • You support the development and implementation of the Monkey 47 brand strategy into execution across the marketing and track performance to identify potential optimizations
  • You support key markets in excellence in execution
  • You provide annual brand planning and integrated business planning support.
  • You lead in the delivery of distinctive brand communications for markets, including core asset development, strategic partnerships, and associated toolkits, as well as monitoring uptake and performance
  • You lead in NPD / limited edition launch executions, including toolkit development
  • You jointly lead in advocacy plan development alongside the Global Brand Ambassador & Market activation Team
  • You lead in POS strategy and development in line with S&R guidelines and brand storytelling
  • You manage the A&P budget

  • You bring a university degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • You have several years of (global) brand management experience, ideally with relevant brand building experience in drinks, luxury or lifestyle
  • You are experienced in working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You bring a high level of motivation and team player mentality in a collaborative way with a strong sense of ethics
  • You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in English and German
