  • nCandidate management for research assistants, trainee lawyers and interns:n
  • nScreening of applicationsnn

  • nMaintaining the internal candidate databasenn
  • n
  • nCoordination of the interview processnn
  • n
  • nOn going communication with the candidatesnn
  • n
  • nManaging the onboarding and off boarding for all graduatesn
  • nSetting up candidates in the Silkroad systemnn
  • n
  • nOrganising conflict checksnn
  • n
  • nCoordinating with internal departments including IT, facilities and HR.nn
  • n
  • nRunning student introductions on day 1.nn
  • n
  • nManaging the feedback process for all graduatesn
  • nLiaising with supervisors and mentors to collate performance feedback.nn
  • n
  • nFacilitating performance conversations between supervisors and students.nn
  • n
  • nUpdating internal performance review databasesnn
  • n
  • nCoordination and organisation of internal and external recruitment events.n
  • nWorking with internal stakeholders to plan the calendar of events.nn
  • n
  • nCreating and maintaining the guest listnn
  • n
  • nIdentifying and liaising with the venue or coordinating with facilities for internal eventsnn
  • n
  • nManaging external suppliers for events e.g. food and beverage suppliersnn
  • n
  • nProcessing all invoices and managing the event budgetnn
  • n
  • nFollow up activities with event attendeesnn
  • n
  • nManaging the feedback process after events.nn
  • n

  • nYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, education, psychology or a comparable degree programme.nn

  • nYou are passionate about recruitment and event management and have already gained some experience in these areas.nn

n

  • nYou have strong organisational skills, a structured way of working and a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.nn
