- Build Acquisition Roadmaps: Work with the Marketing and Product team to set the groundwork by owning and implementing the strategy and scaled levers for consumer growth, including product-led growth initiatives, optimizing, and testing approach, focusing on scale and ROI.
- Early Lifecycle Experience: Obsess about improving the experience of our newly onboarded audience cohorts and the retention of our customers. Design and scale our processes across the entire lifecycle, focusing on early retention strategies.
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Forecast and set OKRs, design & evaluate A/B tests and monitor key metrics. Investigate the root causes of changes in performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to various stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Work data-driven and base your decision on consumer insights. Analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, traffic trends, and other SEO metrics. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities based on data analysis and develop data-driven hypotheses to test them through experimentation
What we’re looking
We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior Growth Marketer to join our team. You have experience working with an early-stage B2C startup or in a company that values innovation, great user experience, and technical quality. You are always pushing for the best outcome and you are keen on working in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a competitive growth environment (B2C + subscription model) in roles in Growth Marketing Analytics or any of the following domains: Business Analytics/Marketing Analytics/Product Analytics
- An understanding of the CRM / engagement tooling landscape and can critically review our current setup
- Advanced knowledge of SQL with the ability to leverage daily for query creation and building dashboards is a plus
- Executional excellence: you have a strong attention to detail, and plan and track your progress with OKRs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders
