We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager (m/f/d) who will play a pivotal role in identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that fuel user acquisition and virality. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and growth marketers to build scalable growth systems, run high-impact experiments, and optimize the top of the funnel.

  • Growth Strategy Execution: Lead the development and implementation of growth strategies focused on virality, user acquisition, and organic distribution.
  • Experimentation: Design, prioritize, and run rapid, data-driven experiments across channels like referrals, social sharing, partnerships, and community-led growth.
  • Acquisition Loops: Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to build scalable, frictionless and self-sustaining acquisition and virality loops.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to uncover growth opportunities, optimize acquisition funnels, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging trends in growth tactics, digital marketing innovations, and user behavior.
  • Test-and-Learn Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning through rigorous experimentation and iteration.

  • Proven track record of driving growth through acquisition and virality strategies in SaaS, PLG, or B2B tech environments.
  • Strong background in growth experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth loops.
  • Hands-on experience with user acquisition tactics, viral mechanics, and organic growth strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, self-starter attitude in fast-paced environments.

Location

Hybrid in Prague (minimum of 2 days a week from the office)
