YOUR ROLE

As a Head of Category you will be responsible for several of Razor’s unique and inspiring categories. You will have end-to-end responsibility to further fuel the growth of your category selection, empower your team of category managers, as well as ideate and lead larger strategic projects with significant P&L impact among different teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing Category Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that drives results and fosters professional growth
  • develop and execute a strategic vision for your category assortment, setting clear objectives, and driving continuous improvement
  • take a proactive approach in monitoring and analyzing the product lifecycle of your categories, making data-driven decisions to maximize performance
  • drive market expansion across different channels and geographic regions, leveraging your keen understanding of market trends and consumer preferences
  • identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities while implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance the category’s profitability and overall performance
  • act as a key advocate for the category management team, liaising with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

  • have a master’s degree in business, economics, or in a related field
  • have 3+ years of relevant eCommerce and/or consumer retail business experience
  • are able to effectively lead, mentor and inspire a team of high-performing team members
  • thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • demonstrate strong analytical skills and end-to-end thinking with a focus on fast execution
  • have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with your team, stakeholders and management
