  • Responsible for the strategic guidance and profitability management of the product category on a global scope
  • Coordination of global strategic important industry, product and application activities
  • Enable development and implementation of marketing strategies (price, product and sales strategies)
  • Close cooperation with Sales and Development on all product and marketing issues
  • Preparation of national and international market and competition analysis
  • Coordinate knowledge and best practice sharing within the product category network
  • Ownership and global representation of dedicated product category to internal and external stakeholders
  • Implementation of internal and external training courses and product presentations
  • Collaboration and promotion of exchange with colleagues on local level

  • Successfully completed studies in chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering, business or science
  • Experience in the field of lubricants, preferably in metal working and metal forming environment
  • Experience in Product Management / Application Engineering in an international environment, ideally additional experience in R&D or Sales
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with well-developed project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and experience in moderation and motivation of working groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally, ideally in matrix / network organizations
  • Fluent in English and German and willingness to travel internationally
