The three biggest challenges in the first year:

  • You are responsible for finding A+ talents for VARM by setting up replicable recruiting channels for blue- & white collar roles
  • You are the driving force behind ALL People and Culture topics and become the #1 sparring partner for our founders
  • You successfully implement an HR operating system (e.g. personio) together with the founders

Be the people person at VARM and the driving force behind our organizational culture. You are a visionary leader and experienced in people topics to build a culture based on performance, innovation, inclusivity and driving our company’s success.

  • You fully own, develop and execute the people strategy to support our growth and vision
  • You oversee all people functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
  • You develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent both in blue- and white collar roles
  • You design and oversee programs for training and development including key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all initiatives
  • You foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with VARM’s values and missio

  • You have a proven track record in senior people role(s), with extensive experience in recruiting, training, people management and organizational development
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive recruiting and people strategies
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in German and English, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
