Description
We are a truly global company, with ~240 employees representing over 40 different nationalities revolutionising football from our hubs in Berlin, London and Lisbon.
We are proud to be diverse and inclusive of all. Speaking up is essential, voices are heard – it is fundamental to our culture. We work in a safe and welcoming environment that celebrates collaboration, appreciation and constructive feedback.
And we have a lot of fun too – we didn’t become the world’s best football app without laughter or some friendly football rivalries! But while we might not all support the same football team, we always play as one team.
As the Head of People, you will lead and manage our People & Workplace team, driving the development and execution of strategies that align with our company’s vision and objectives.
We need a leader who brings hands-on experience navigating change, along with a deep understanding of how to motivate, engage, and build a resilient company culture. Over the past few years, we’ve been focused on scaling during a period of hypergrowth. Now, as we shift our focus towards profitability and sustainable growth, we will rely on your expertise to guide us through this transformation from both a cultural and people-centric perspective.
