nWith the guiding principle “LIFE… A LIFE LONG.”, the Elias Hospice, a facility of St. Dominikus Krankenhaus und Jugendhilfe GmbH based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, supports people with serious, incurable illnesses.   • nAs a qualified healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or geriatric nursing assistant (m/f/d), you will accompany our patients and take into account the specific features of hospice carenn

  • nYou will assist with care planning and documentation and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team to provide the best possible support for patientsnn

  • nAs a contact person for patients and their relatives, you demonstrate empathy on a daily basisnn

  • nCompleted training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or geriatric nursing assistant (m/f/d) will help you to care for our patients in need of palliative carenn

  • nProfessional experience in palliative care is an advantage, but not essentialnn

  • nYou are committed, enjoy working in a team and responsible multidisciplinary care for our patients, who we accompany on their journeynn
