Overview:n
nWelcome to the Web Experiences team at LivePerson! We are a team of eight engineers located across four countries in The US and Europe. We are looking for a hands-on QA expert with a proven ability to direct and improve quality programs, reduce defects and improve overall efficiency and productivity including working on automation. In addition, highly adept at developing and implementing test strategies, operational procedures, and quality methodologies to support the development and release of business applications in the international geographically dispersed company.n

- nLead the Quality Agenda within the team, setting standards and best practices for both manual and automated testingnn
n
- nDevelop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and performance of web and mobile applicationsnn
n
- nSign Off on feature/release readinessnn
n
- nDrive, execute and expand End-to-End testing and monitoring strategynn
n
- nDefine quality methodologies and standardsnn
n
n
- nAt least 5 years QA experience with a deep understanding of quality and processesnn
n
- nDeep understanding of development lifecycle in SCRUM (Agile) worldnn
n
- nComfortable working with Java and JavaScript applicationsnn
n
- nExperience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest, Mocha).nn
n
- nKnowledge of manual testingnn

- nGood communication and presentation skillsnn

- nComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentnn

- nStrong analysis & problem-solving skillsnn
