  • HR Support : Assist with a variety of HR tasks, from recruiting and onboarding to administrative support and enhancing company culture. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and retain great talent.
  • Office Operations : Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees.
  • Company Events : Help plan and coordinate exciting company events, from team-building activities to social gatherings. You’ll help foster a positive and engaging work culture through creative and inclusive events.
  • Communication and Correspondence : Handle office communications, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, responding to inquiries, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external partners.

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Interest in HR, office management, and contributing to a vibrant startup culture.

Location
This is a working student position (20 hours/week) based in Berlin with office presence. Our new and modern office is located in Berlin-Mitte, close to the U6 station Naturkundemuseum and the S-Bahn station Nordbahnhof.
