If you are a true HR-wizard with employee experience in the heart of everything you do, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEIn this role you are the go-to person for all Unilever Line Managers and employees for a great experience in key employee moments such as onboarding, role move, time off etc. You will be a part of a Nordic team focusing on providing the best employee experience. You work closely with various teams across different functions to enable a fantastic end-to-end employee experience. HR Specialist role is known in Unilever as People Partner.You play a key role in implementing employee relations strategies and contribute to creating a great workplace. You make sure that employee policies, practices and programs are consistently applied across the company.You work closely together with the wider Nordic HR team, Payroll, Reward and Global Mobility and provide support and expertise to recommend actions to resolve matters and get results.Some of the daily tasks include:Engage with Line managers and Employees on a wide range of HR related queries including administrationHelp drive local or global HR initiatives in countryHelp drive annual processes such as Annual Pay review, End of Year etcRun workshops on different topics such as Onboarding, Annual pay review process, Goal setting etcWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsTo be able to succeed in this role we need you to have:3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role and strong background in employee relations and case managementStrong knowledge of Danish employment laws and regulationsBroad understanding and experience of different HR systems and processesFluent in Danish and English, both verbal and writtenGood communication and influencing skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsWe see it as a benefit if you have experience from Workday, if you have experience in facilitating workshops in hybrid environment and if you learn new technologies easily.
