As TPI continues its growth trajectory in the European Union, we are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR Manager while contributing to various HR and administrative functions.
Aufgaben
Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases for Denmark and Berlin Office.
Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment activities for the EMEA region, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including paperwork processing and orientation logistics. Support the offboard process as needed.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate assistance or escalating issues to the HR Manager as necessary. Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Help maintain a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.
Requisitions and Purchasing Orders: Facilitate the requisition process by liaising between departments and the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of purchase requests. Coordinate the creation, issuance, and tracking of purchasing orders, maintaining clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Invoice Delivery: Ensure the correct delivery of invoices to the Finance team, verifying that invoices are accurately addressed and promptly received. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice delivery, maintaining accurate records of invoice receipt and processing.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR and/or Office
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or completed vocational training in the commerical area
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Good knowledge of English and German, Spanish desirable
- Basic knowledge of Labor Law, nice to have EU Labor Law
- First Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS & ATS Software
