To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a Human Resources Working Student to join the People Operations team, who is driven by the desire to create exceptional experiences for people.

HR Information & PayrollSupport Employee Records Management : Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and managing the HRIS system (Personio). Focus on data entry, updates, and routine record-keeping tasks.

  • Assist with Payroll Coordination : Provide administrative support for payroll, such as collecting necessary documentation, liaising with external accountants, and ensuring timely submission of information. The student will not oversee the payroll process but will support the HR team.
  • People Operations Support : Assist the People Team in people operations tasks, such as preparing contract templates, coordinating onboarding tasks, and addressing general employee queries.
  • Process Improvement Projects : Participate in HR projects related to benefits, people analytics, or tool implementation

Office & Event ManagementOffice Upkeep Support : Help maintain the office environment by ensuring it is tidy and organized. This can include managing office supplies, coordinating with cleaning services, and handling small tasks related to office aesthetics.

  • Support Event Coordination : Assist in organizing team events and company offsites by helping with logistics, such as venue booking, managing RSVPs, and coordinating basic travel arrangements. The focus will be on supporting the main event coordinator.

  • At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field, currently enrolled in a university in Germany
  • First experience as a working student or intern in Human Resources, recruiting experience is preferred
  • Reliable, analytical and highly-structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills both in German and English (C1/C2 level)
