Identity & Access Manager (m/f/d)

The Identity & Access Manager enables the bank to run IT services in a secure manner by implementing effective IT security controls for Identity & Access Management to ensure the availability, the integrity and confidentiality of services and data. In the role of Identity & Access Manager you will have to ensure that the Identity & Access Management for IT solutions and services is designed, implemented and run in compliance with the bank’s Security policies and standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements, specifically the MaRisk and BAIT.

  • Derive effective IT Security – Identity & Access Management controls from the LBG IT Security Policy for Lloyds Bank GmbH, relevant regulations (s.a. BAIT) and best practises (s.a. BSI technical standards)
  • Support framework for Identity & Access Management to embed (local and group-wide) IT Security policies to protect, preserve and manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Bank’s information and all supporting processes, applications and systems
  • Develop and refine the IT Security – Identity & Access Management controls calendar (as part of the IT governance and compliance calendar)
  • Advise Divisional and Technical Application Owner to the expected deliverables for the Access Management Assessment. Creation of Access Management Assessment Documentation.
  • Solve challenging problems as needed through proposing insightful, knowledgeable, effective solutions
  • Support the assessment of the impact of disclosed vulnerabilities for Identity & Access Management within the processes, applications, systems or infrastructure elements implemented by the Bank
  • Align closely with LBG stakeholders to adapt the Identity & Access Management Group standard and IT Security governance in the relevant context for Bank of Scotland Germany

  • Educated to “Fachinformatiker” or similar IT related areas
  • Several years of experience working within Information Technology
  • Extensive experience in IT and IT security area
  • Knowledge in assessment and analysis of IT risks, development and oversight of effective risk mitigation plans
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, accurately and concisely in meetings and presentations, to colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in spoken and written business level English, German is a plus
