Join us on our growth journey as an Implementation Engineer (m/f/d), where you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Product teams, leading software integration projects, and help shape the future of our innovative solutions while making a significant impact on the industry.

  • Lead technical implementation projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution
  • Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs
  • Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow
  • Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities
  • Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers’ IT teams and third-party integration partners
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices

  • 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with strong Python skills
  • Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration
  • Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level)
