We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Manager who will help us in communications with customers in Germany. If you like to think big and have an impact on business, you’ll enjoy working with us!

An Inbound Sales Manager is accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on inbound sales inquiries, as well as generating incremental revenue from existing customers by up-selling additional products and services.

• Timely processing of inbound inquiries including analysis of potential customers, verification of their business flows and needs, and preparation of custom offers.

• Identifying opportunities where a product specialist team can be involved to increase the deal size.

• Understanding of pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads in Hubspot, and being able to present a report on a weekly basis to the supervisor.

• Conducting demo calls with the goal of converting potential clients’ requests into deals and contracts.

• Managing the list of existing customers, answering their questions, and finding opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

• Continuously develop knowledge of Tenios and Apifonica products and the benefits we provide to potential customers.

• Update and maintain notes and next steps in the Apifonica CRM system (HubSpot).

• 1.5+ years of successful value-based sales experience (especially in prospecting and qualifying different B2B decision makers).

• The skills to engage a customer and seek more areas of revenue realization (value selling Vs. transactional selling).

• Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT, sales funnel, and pipeline management.

• Sound understanding of the sales cycle/sales model and consultative selling approach.

• Prior IT sales background and an understanding of PaaS sales would be a plus, as well as experience of selling conversational AI-based products.

• HubSpot experience is a plus.

• Native German, business English.
