MCPP is a global leader in compounding of performance polymers and operates a global network of 24 sites in 15 nations with dedicated R&D, Sales, and technical support centers in each area.

MCPP in EMEA consists of four sites: Tiffauges, Duesselforf, Sochaczew, Clerval. PPD global has 1250 employees, including 400 in EMEA. Our market is split into 50% automotive and 50% other industries.
Performance Polymers scope generate around 180 M€ in turnover.
In the context of a replacement within EMEA sales team, we are hiring an Industry Market Leader EMEA (Building, Industry, Consumer Goods, Electrics & Electronics, Medical, Food and Packaging, 3D Printing) at Tiffauges or Düsseldorf. The team is made up of 20 sales managers, spread across Europe, under the responsibility of EMEA Sales Director of the Performance Polymers.
Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic plan, assessing new marketplace opportunities through segmentation and portfolio gap analysis.
  • Actively contribute to activities’ development and release development requests in collaboration with the R&D department.
  • Manage a network of internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct market assessment and analyses to identify opportunities and gaps, driving strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Ensure the role of Key Account Manager for OEMs, managing OEMs and leading market strategies, including business development plans or snowball activities.

  • Coming from a higher scientific education (Engineer or Master), you have significant experience in industry, with a strong technical dimension. You enjoy leading and co-developing projects.
  • Several years of experience in plastics
  • You have very good interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation and sales mentality.
  • Fluent English, additional languages would be an asset
  • You are enthusiast for new ideas and ways of thinking.
  • You have hands-on mentality, decisiveness, high level of commitment and independence.
