At Snowprint Studios, we believe that great games are created by talented, creative, and kind individuals working together in a friendly, inspiring environment. Since our founding in Stockholm in 2015, we’ve been on an exciting journey—launching our first game, Legend of Solgard , and expanding to Berlin in 2017 to grow our talented team. Today, we’re a 50 (ish)-person studio, split between our Stockholm and Berlin Studios, and we continue to push the boundaries of mobile gaming.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our influencer marketing efforts, identifying, developing and managing partnerships with content creators to expand our audience and strengthen community engagement. You’ll execute high-impact influencer campaigns ensuring high- quality, on brand content and strict IP guidelines. Manage a six-figure monthly budget (USD), and ensure our games are showcased by passionate creators. From scouting and onboarding new talent to tracking performance and optimizing strategies, you’ll play a vital role in growing Snowprint Studio’s presence in the gaming world.
A few years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or a related field, preferably in gaming.
Strong knowledge of gaming content creators, streaming platforms, and influencer marketing trends.
Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with influencers and creators.
An analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to ensure seamless collaborations.
A passion for gaming, diving into IPs such as Warhammer 40,000 and a true understanding of gaming communities.
Nice to have…
A love for mobile games, especially Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus.
A keen eye for ad creatives and how they align with brand values.
A curious mindset, always researching new trends in influencer marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools for YouTube, Twitch, and other social media platforms.
