WE ARE HIRING
INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST (M/F/D) SALES OPERATIONS

  • Manage and generate revenue from a subset of our account base while collaborating closely with the Territory Sales Manager in the area
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database
  • Accelerate profitable sales effectively
  • Perform online product demos
  • Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily
  • Work closely with the sales teams across EMEA

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, life sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of B2B sales
  • Experience in sales in the food & beverage / life sciences market desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English required
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Dynamic CRM
  • Proficiency in sales negotiation skills is essential
  • Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to sales or customer appointments
