The department GS, Cooperations and M&A, is responsible for leading and coordinating projects and initiatives within the areas of company acquisitions, divestments and strategic cooperations worldwide. The department is also responsible for supervision of all license activities on product level and management of the existing cooperations- minority shareholding- entities.
You can look forward to these tasks:
- Support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions by active participation in ongoing M&A projects, e.g. in the preparation of Company valuations, data rooms and support with various project management tasks
- Direct cooperation with the project managers and cooperation managers in various areas of the minority shareholding cooperations
- Work on analysis, preparation and documentation of project results as well as management presentations
- Conduct market, industry and company research
We are looking forward to:
- At least a completed intermediate diploma or basic studies in the Business Administration and Economics degree programme with a focus on Financing/Corporate Finance
- Interest in complex problems that require a high level of commitment, willingness to learn and performance
- Fluent in German and English
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- High degree of independence, initiative and team orientation
